Amir Hossein Kohanpur

Amir is a PhD student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He started his PhD program in 2015, and his research focuses on pore-scale modeling of two-phase flow in porous media with the application to geological storage of carbon dioxide. He received his BS in mechanical engineering from Shiraz University, Iran, in 2011 and MS in mechanical engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2013.
